About me:
I grew up in Hollywood, dropped out of high school, and now I have a PhD. I just finished writing the hopefully soon-to-be-published collection Have a Day and Other Stories. My stories have been published or are forthcoming in 580 Split, Fugue, Other Voices, Lit, and Santa Monica Review. I am the fiction editor of pingpong, the literary magazine put out by the Henry Miller Library. I can bellydance on upturned goblets while balancing a sword on my head (I haven't done that in a while, but I think I still could). I recently joined a ukelele club, and can play part of "Bye Bye Love." I'm often attacked by grackles.
