From 2005 to 2007, I studied at Rutgers University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts. I studied acting technique and scene study under Stacie Lents and Chantal Jean-Pierre, movement under Michael Blake, voice and speech under Julie Cotton, improvisation and theater games under Sari Ruskin, script analysis under David Letwin, and directing for actors under Marshall Jones, III. I also studied one year of Shakespearean dramatic literature and one year of 20th century dramatic literature.
From 2002 to 2005, I studied at Brookdale Community College and earned an Associate of Arts in Theater. I studied acting under John Bukovec for two years, with courses in scene study, classical acting (focus on Shakespeare), monologues, and improvisation and theater games.
