I had an amazing time on my first Big Mission Trip to Vanuatu! I love being able to bond with people from all over the world, precious children that you can't help but fall in love with, children that gaze up at you with their bright innocent eyes and remind you what life is all about...authentic joy, love that surpasses all barriers, and a heart that rejoices in Jesus!********

Ahhhh! I don't think I could live without music!! It's passion, it's bliss, it's illuminating, it's memories!!! I love music, I can appreciate, and Dance to pretty much anything. I LOVE oldies, jazz, latin, swing, blues, dance, telepop, techno, r&b...and all the other stuff. Some favorite females are: Tori Amos, Bjork, Sarah McClaklan. The Garden State, Great Expectations, Moulin Rouge and of course Dirty Dancing are my most favorite Sndtrks. These all take me into another world, it's intoxicating! I also love Hawaiian and reggae music. Some random favorite songs ever are: Lady in Red, Joyful Joyful, Cruisin' together, Brighter than Sunshine, Let Go....and my most favorite just might be, FLY ME TO THE MOON~! Dare you to Move and On Fire by Swtichfoot. I love La RUE!!! Great sound! I love Hillsongs worship music! And I absolutely LOVE CHRISTMAS music!!!! I'd sing it year round....sometimes I do! Ask my roommates!!! I was even Santa's lil helper for Halloween...wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and singing carols!!! Music is a perfect compliment to Life!!!! I hope I marry a musician!! Someone to sit at a piano or guitar and make beautiful music while I dance! Ahhh....Heaven on earth!
Movies
Dirty Dancing, Fool's Rush In, and the Count of Monte Cristo are my original favorites, and ever since I got back from Paris, MOULIN ROUGE is another Fave. Anything with Dancing, pirates, treasure and adventure are my kind of movie. Also, The Holiday, Elf, Dumb and Dumber ;) Frequency and Aladdin.... The Passion is the most moving, life changing movie I've ever seen. Everyone should see that at least once. I LOVE going to the movie theater! (but I hate the smell of buttered popcorn...ughh)
Television
Anything on the Fashion and Travel channels. Some bible studies. Some reality TV shows are a guilty pleasure, like America's Next Top Model, and Project Runway. I don't watch TV regularly...so there's not one show I just HAVE to catch every week.... I love catching a great movie on TV!
Books
I think everyone should read both Captivating and Wild at Heart....A-mazing!The Alchemist by Paulo Coleho. Anything by him you can expect great things, he's wonderfully poetic! This Present Darkness by Frank Peretti. Memoirs of a Geisha, Redeeming Love, I really enjoy Francine Rivers! The Bible! Reading has always been one of my favorite past times! I used to be the neighborhood librarian when I was young! I love living in Hawaii!!! It's great, almost any day of the year, you can take a book and go read on the beach, whether in your bikini or sweats...it's the best place to get lost in a great book!
I feel closer to Heaven when I'm on the beach!
Heroes
JESUS! What an awesome example of LOVE. His act of love really and truly Saved my life in every way! 'Majesty, forever I am changed by your love, in the presence of your MAJESTY!' If you need a reminder of what that act IS, watch the Passion, or pick up the bible! It's a Gift! A gift is not earned, it's given!
MY SISTER MARIA
who has revealed such strength and faith, she walked through the fire and came out stronger than ever. She has used what some people would have been broken by to make this world a better place, her story and her heart have helped many to heal! She's a real life hero!
MY MOTHER.
She has maintained such compassion and dignity. She's full of care and love... all that she's been through and yet she still gives of her time and of her heart so graciously! So much of who I am today, is because of the words that have come out of her mouth and for the unconditional love that has flowed from her heart. These are powerful women whom I call sister and mother. I am truly BLESSED!!!!
MY FATHER KEN,
who took not only my Mom as the love of his life about 20 years ago, but also her 4 chlidren and granddaughter and made them all his life. He was a Father to the Fatherless... the older I get, the more I realize just what kind of man that really takes..... he is definitely our hero. I love you dad, thank you....

Four words that best describe me: Playful, Careful, Thankful, and Prayerful. I will make a game out of any ordinary situation or event, I jump at the chance to solve any minor problem with a lil rock-paper-scissors, I can get a touch competitive and have to finish any game, even monopoly. A few of my favorite dates have been a night at Disneyland, and basketball at midnight in the park! I love making people laugh, and I love being around other who can make me laugh!!! ----- I love adventure and the thought of exploring the world...I've been white water rafting in Costa Rica, Kayaking in the Panama Canal, elephant trekking in Thailand, traveling Japan for 8 months, and I now live in Hawaii! But with all that I am still one of thee most careful people you will ever know! I wont do anything if it's bad for my body or health, Ive never had a broken bone, bee sting, or stitches (Thank GOD) never touched a cigarette, alcohol, or drug.... I'm very careful and thoughtful with my life. Adventurous but careful? Contradiction? Maybe, but that's just me. I may be the wildest one at a party, but I'm drinkin' Shirley Temples!!! :) ---
I'm thankful for everything in my life!!! I Thank the Lord for my life!!! He has given me everything I've ever wanted, He's given me the strength and courage to get thru the things, that maybe I didn't ask for, and He's given me a promise, and I'm trusting Him for the things that have yet to come!!! I have a PRECIOUS family! All 58 of them (and counting!) I think "sister" is one of the most beautiful words God ever created!

My mom is one of my best friends, my grandparents are two of my biggest fans and my brother and my dad are two of my best and greatest bodyguards!!! I so Love them all!!! And being an Aunt is extraordinary!!! It's such a great feeling!

I recommend a personal friendship with Jesus to everyone. I want my life to be inspirational and joyful, full of adventure and greatness! I don't limit myself or my dreams!

Well, I can be a little stubborn, I still pick at my nails when I'm nervous (or bored) and I like to have the last word (only sometimes), I eat very slowly, always take food home, I usually have a lot to say, and I remember my dreams every night and every morning I'll want to give you a play by play, Im deathly allergic to smoke, cats and dust and don't be shocked if I ever send my food back because it's not prepared the way I love it....okay that's me in a nutshell. :) I left out the part that I'm completely crazy whenever I hear a great song, and I'm never too shy to dance, in a parking lot, at an angels' games, at church...wherever! And if a guy ever wanted to sweep me off my feet...dance with me!

There are many great individuals I'd love to meet... the ones I'm looking most forward to meeting are in Heaven. First of all My Lord and Savior! Don't think I'm weird....but wouldn't you love to be face to face with the God who created this earth, and heaven and the sea, and the trees, and rainbows..... I'm looking forward to meeting all the incredible men and women of the bible....Joseph, Caleb, Noah, Moses, David...and Esther, Mary, Eve....that will be awesome! And a special man, my dad who passed away when I was 5, I have beautiful memories of him, but I can't wait to meet him again...and talk, and run to his arms and meet him with a great big hug!!!!
