Jessika is a “songstress” through and through. She began singing practically out of the womb. Many family members recall her singing in tune as early as 2 years old. She has always loved music and found her inspiration through music.
Jessika studied, played and sang music throughout her life. She grew up singing in a Baptist choir. She sang as a competitor for the Governors Honor’s program as a teenager. In addition, Jessika studied flute, piano, and guitar. In college, she minored in voice. Her vocal range is 4 octaves.
Although Jessika is classically trained, her musical style is also influenced by: Gospel, Classical, R & B, Jazz, and Pop.
Her mission is to heal, inspire and promote peace through music.
Since moving to Phoenix in 2006, Jessika has performed with many local personalities including Orgena Rose, Scott Schmelder, Erahn Patton, and Ramon Pratt. She has also had the opportunity to sing in in a variety of musical setting including: Creative Living Fellowship, Unity of Surprise, Unity of Divine Love, Scottsdale Public Art, Paradise Valley Country Club, One Voice Community Center, Alternatives Health and Wellness, Pagan Pride Festival, Copper Star Coffee, Opportunity Café and many others.
