Jessi Markee is an up-and-coming singer/songwriter with a great band supporting her amazing portfolio of songs. Since recording an EP in 2005, Jessi has had great success touring with her band in venues in and around London.
In January 2006 Jessi Markee performed on television and was interviewed about her music. She also appeared on This Morning with Fern and Philip on ITV in June 2006.
April 2006 saw the release of www.jessimarkee.com, which features news and reviews from all her gigs, photos and sneak previews of the latest songs to come out of the studio. Jessi, was also featured in 'Company' Magazine and 'New' Magazine, talking about the most recent developments in her music.
Jessi Markee has recently played at the Croydon Jazz Festival, Guilfest, and the Greenbelt Festival, which was headlined by Daniel Bedingfield, Nizlopi and many more. Jessi Markee and the band also performed on a television recording for UK CMC, a music chart show, aired in the autumn of 2006. She performed alongside acts such as Replenish, Titus, YFriday and The Band With No Name.
Jessi Markee is currently writing and recording songs for her debut album.
