East Anglian born folk-alt-country-americana writer Jess Morgan is currently recording her debut album. She works hard and is commited to her work.
Jess was was born and raised in the beautiful countryside of Norfolk where she lives and takes great inspiration. In a Nomadic fashion, Jess moves around a lot and loves best to be travelling and playing gigs in new places. She has discovered a huge appreciation for all things Norwegian and the mysterious sleepy-coolness of Bergen town brimming with musicians and friends - mostly both. Jess will be touring in Norway for 2 weeks during May 2009 and playing at a festival in the land of the Midnight Sun in early July.
Highlights so far have been Radio play from Steve Lamacq and Chris Coco on Radio 2 and 6 Music. Jess has been lucky enough to support American touring artists: Jesse Sykes and the Sweet Hereafter, Rod Picott and Amanda Shires and just recently as main support fo Teddy Thompson and band at a sold-out gig at Norwich Arts Centre.

I host a 15 minute club in the Living Room in Milton Keynes. It is on every other Sunday - I would LOVE you to play for us. Would you be interested? Also, there are 15 minute clubs running all around the country - just check them out on Facebook and or myspace to see if any of the venues are nearer to you, as I understand the only incentive to come to milton keynes would be to kill yourself. And please don't do that.
