It all started with the big bang. Then I paid her and left.
After that, music started plummeting from the skies. One unlucky soul was unfortunate enough to be the prime target of this music, and quite a few songs got wedged into his skull.
Eventually he learnt that the only way to relieve his cranial suffering was to siphon the songs out of his head and into his machine. His machine was capable of turning raw song material and refining it into beautiful melodies.
Unfortunately, one day he was run over by a truck.
Yeah, sorry about that, but what can I say? I just can't stand competition.
Hey foo', when yo down this way next? :) I've still got to give you your CD's back! XD Got a tune in the works that you want any collab work done on? I'm going through a creative dry spell ATM.
Hey hey! What's crackin', foo'? Checked out my new song yet? I think it's classified as tribal house. I finally broke the new tune drought with a downpour of creativity (and goon).
Anyway, when are you gonna put some noo choons on this page? WE WANT JJ! WE WANT JJ! (meaning jestar jokin, not junior jack) =)
Eh, the release died. Not enough time to get it finished, what with schoolwork, DJ'ing practice, etc. And not enough money to get them printed. So yeah. :(
Thanks, man. Hope to see you soon. I haven't worked on any tunes recently though, what with going to parties in Hobart, getting my end-of-year folio for assessment up to scratch, practising for my next gig, trying to get the artwork, track layout and manufacture of my upcoming debut release, etc etc. I'm panicking. :O
Check this out! I have _TWO_ DJ-ing gigs lined up! Only one pays though. At least it'll get me out of the bedroom nightclub, heheh...eeeeeh. Don't I feel special?? ;)
Oh, that's cool, I haven't got any real gameboy related tracks on my page currently as I got a little swamped with requests and got pretty busy writing them all. I'm glad you liked them though! I'll likely be doing some gigs in the near future with dot.ay on gameboys and such so if you somehow find yourself in the near area when that happens that might be worth checking out! see ya in tha 'yob
No, I didn't get an email. I'll PM you with the address again. I bought the full versions of FL Studio 7 XXL and Pro Tools last week, and received them today. Cost me a fortune! I'll show you when you come round, FLS7 is quite good in particular. What day were you thinking of stopping by?
SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSNAP! Looks like you may have a girlfriend ;)
Anyway, how is your remix of Salmonella Dub's L,S&H coming along? I've gotta head over to their site sometime because I want to know if I can submit another reemicks; I've managed to better the one that I submitted on the first day of the competition (0MG NO WAAY! Really?) So, let me know how you're going, out of curiosity's sake. Mine's still a house/reggae/dub version, when you're round next we can compare. And, how's the collab site going? DJ'ed the other day at a party, it was going well until I PAFO'd (Pissed And Fell Over). Smashed my knee in, but the tunes kept spinning, and "chicks love a guy who's injured, just say you didn't feel a thing" - so the GF of my co-star (SynCycle) told me... Bloody thing still hurts though!!
Peace, Much Love And Respect, To Ya MUM. :P No, not really. HB
orisha is playing loop this sunday 2 september supporting exit city & playing with a bunch of melbourne's underground electronic artists & live vjs it'll be lovely so come...
Thanks for adding dude Man, these tracks are pretty damn cool ... I swear I recognise that second track from somewhere, it's not from chrono trigger or something is it? In any case it's a good arrangement :) Anyway, see you around maybe!
Hey! Good to see some more folks coming your way. Loving the new layout, too! I'd like you to ckeck out this guy, The Invisionary. His name is Trent, and he's been producing for 8 years, more than me and less than you. I was thinking we could form a trio of producers, maybe start our own band? What do you reckon? >myspace.com/theinvisionary<
