I'm one of those crazy religious nuts your family warned you about. (although I don't consider myself religious and don't belong to any sort of organized religion) But I firmly believe in God - a far cry from a few short years ago when I didn't believe in anything. Living my life for Him has changed it in ways I can't describe. I can't say everyone likes me, because that would be a lie, but most people do.
People find me funny - only because I do stupidly funny things sometimes. People find that I'm a kind soul - I'll do anything for just about anybody to help them out. People find that I have a great capacity for love - I care so deeply sometimes it hurts.
Do I claim to be perfect? No. I'm just striving to be. Do I consider myself better than others? In certain situations yes, but most of the time I don't have that complex. Can I be a loyal friend - you bet the farm I can. I'm as loyal as they come.
I don't make any apologies for who I am, because this is the way God made me.

Some fun facts about me: I have an IQ of 131 - not bragging by the way, but it explains why I have no common sense as I'm told.
I have two little girls and a new boy. They may be cats but they're still my kids.
I have a wonderful husband who is my best friend. We've known each other for 13 years and going on 8 years marriage. We've always been friends first and it makes a strong marriage.
I used to read a lot. I used to read 8 -200 page books a day. But I don't read as much anymore.
Bob and I share the same birthday, we're ten years apart, but hey, how many times have you heard a husband and wife share the SAME birthday?
I have a web design/computer repair business. I used to have a lot of time to do the things I really loved, but I'm finding less and less time to do it. I'm learning to love other things, focusing on other ventures.
I work at the evil empire. At least that is what some of my friends call it. I can't say I enjoy it all the time, but I LOVE my job. I love what I do. I help so many people and it's a ministry to me. There are days that I can't stand those that I work with, or the place in general - days where I feel that it is nothing more than a gossipmongering cesspool, but if I can help just one person, it makes it all worth it.
Enough about me - you want to know more? Just ask. Don't like me the way I am? Tough. You get the total package. Flaws and all. Take it or leave it. Doesn't much matter to me. I know my place in the world and I'm happy with it for the first time in my life.
