About Jetglo

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jetglo are a bunch of 3 cheeky little noise monkeys who despite making a right racket have songs with hooks so sharp you’d cut your fingers. Jetglo hid away writing songs and making a racket until December last year when they turned up at the Pressure Point in Brighton demanding a gig and sped through a set of upbeat catchy pop songs and left the stage to rapturous applause. M E L I S	Oct 7 2008 2:45 PM Currently I am looking to purchase a Tascam 388 to record some lovely analogue sounds. Also looking for a great singer, who can play drums and guitar a bit maybe. Or a collaborator who has the skills of Jack White. Ideally 1 or 2 people who can sing or play guitar or keyboards and drum as well. My idea is to have a unit of a maximium of 3 people who can cover all aspects of playing live and recording. I can play guitar, drums and bass, although my strength is probably the drums. Singing backing vox is probably in my range of abilities, but lead vocalist is not my strength. So if there is anyone out there who shares my vision of true collaboration, both recording and the occasional 'good venue' gig then contact me please. The sound of classic Zep and the new James Bond theme with J.White and Alicia Keys sound is what interests me, as well Steve Albini Wedding present albums, Public Enemy and the pure sound of Maximo Park. So from Howlin' Wolf to Roisin Murphy via The White Stripes and a hefty dose of Bonham swing, it's all an influence...... I want to make a great album basically. I am not interested in regurgitating the stuff I have posted on MySpace, I want to be part of newly created stuff..... Anyone care to join me on the trip!!?
