With humble beginnings, Jettison Never started their band with one guitar and a homemade "drum kit". Yet, even from adolescence, brothers Josh and Matt Gilbert, and their cousin Ben Phillips set their minds on making music that would be impossible to overlook. After shared family hardship the group became a tight knit team; musically sound and nearly inseparable.
Jettison Never combines honest lyrics, tight vocals, and personal chemistry, producing a sound you will never forget. From the opening chords to the last note, the natural ability and hard work that's gone into the music is evident. The music can be classified as "alternative/rock" in the vein of a Mute Math, Switchfoot, or The Killers. They have a sound heavily influenced by bands such as U2, Coldplay; and garnered many references to The Police.
Today the band performs at Chattanooga’s top venues including Rhythm ‘N’ Brews, Fathom, & Riverbend Festival; as well as various other venues across the United States sharing the stage with the likes of Mute Math, Bowling For Soup, Cool Hand Luke, Nevertheless, and Pillar.
Already getting praise for their live show they will be a sure hit at venues across the country. With the release of their full length album "They Fall from Heaven Unassembled", Jettison Never is currently planning an extensive tour for 2009.

I leave for Myrtle Beach the 11th. Then I hope to come home and somehow put music to my lyrics and get something recorded! So, how old are all you guys? You married?
Aww, you're welcome! :) You guys are great! ^_^ I love the harmony you have when you sing, and you have so much energy! All is as well as it can be with Latin online class and my car out of comission, I suppose. How are you guys?
Check out some of my singing videos on YouTube! :)
