Please help get my business started here in Indonesia. Thank You.
Music
I love ALL music. - But it's gotta be good... composed and performed with much thought and effort. ;-)
Movies
Hey... nothing like a good action movie - right guys...?
Again, it's kinda like the music question... Anything really good. But I gotta admit that I'm a sucker for anything sci-fi or fantasy. I also enjoy a good drama. I think that the one that sticks with me from way-back would be "One Flew Over the Cuck-Coos Nest". Absolutely fantastic. The Matrix is a must see. I really love the "Lord of the Rings" - I think that anything that Peter Jackson does is worth seeing.
Yeah, and I love a good comedy... Jim Cary is unbelieveable!... even in serious roles. Very good actor!
Television
I really only watch movies on tv. and sometimes the news.
I really don't have too much time to waste. ;-)
Books
Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Heroes
All those unsung 'heroes' that go day to day and produce wonderful values for the world to enjoy and prosper. Those unique and driven individuals that daily improve living conditions for everyone by their creative endeavors and just plain hard work.
If you are a value producer... I SALUTE YOU!!
To hell with the parasites and destructives that have nothing to offer the world!! - So go do something about it!! ;-)

Investment Opportunity:
John designs and builds boutique pro-audio recording equipment. His designs are unique and sonically impressive. In Indonesia the products can be manufactured inexpensively and exported world-wide. There is tremendous demand for hi-end audio products at an affordable price. In the world marketplace there is a void between the expensive, high quality products and the cheap entry level equipment. ....
JH Brandt Audio Inc. could become a leader in boutique (high end) design, low cost pro-audio equipment. We have hundreds of designs ready for manufacturing. All we need is investment funds to produce the first run of products, the ad campaign, and reorganization. We are looking for qualified management, marketing, and sales personnel. Currently, John H. Brandt is the sole designer and production/manufacturing supervisor. We hope to expand our products and services to incorporate a team of engineers who will provide complete recording studio solutions and equipment packages. This will also include acoustics control devices.
There is tremendous potential for profit and success. Below is just a sampling of previous products and designs. The most recent designs are based on the current needs and desires of home recordists and professionals alike and cannot be listed here until they are produced and in the marketplace. - Too many copycats out there. If you are seriously interested in working together, please contact John. We have hundreds of designs, from microphone shock mounts to automated recording consoles. The latest of which include premium AD/DA converters with vacuum tube i/o amplifiers.
Here is an example of our latest design: The Duo-Tran
The Duo-Tran features transformer inputs - not just your ordinary Jensen or something.. These are custom designed heavy-core 80% nickel HyMu core transformers - boasting a 10Hz to 50kHz frequency response. Guaranteed to make ANY microphone singing sweet. NOT TO MENTION the transformer input impedance select. THIS IS NOT A VARIABLE RESISTOR - like many of the new pres out that claim to have impedance selection. The Duo-Tran features 5 push-button impedance selections that switch the primary taps on the input transformer, giving the microphone the proper load and giving you the TONE! On the design below, you will notice that the unit does not include a pad. Well, we added one after the fact. But really, it does not need a pad. This preamp can handle +14dbm input levels before distortion - but we have added a -20db pad for your comfort.
The front panel instrument input features automatic switching and uses our already famous discreet FET input stage. Your direct instruments will love it. Plugging into the instrument jack disengages the transformer, +48, phase, and pad, but leaves the hi-pass filter available for you. The outputs use discreet buffers running class A, impedance balanced - so you can plug into your favorite A/D converter or mixer balanced or unbalanced. And this baby has headroom up to +24dbm. (-way past clipping for your A/D converters.. most of them anyways). You will also love the discreet class A headphone amp.
The Duo-Tran is powered by an external switching power supply, so it doesn't matter where in the world you live - this little beasty will power up and work for you on voltages from 85 to 280!!
Our target price for this beauty is around $400. Contact us if you would like to order one.
