THE YEAR WAS 1995... WE TRAVELED DOWN TO A LITTLE PLACE CALLED THE CANTINA IN CORPUS TO MEET JIBE AND OPEN FOR THEM. THE PLACE WASNT THAT PACKED, BUT WE STILL HAD A GREAT TIME. THERE WAS TECH. DIFFICULTY (NAMELY THE SOUNDMAN) JOE GOT PISSED AND WALKED OFF THE STAGE. THE MANAGER SAID THAT IF JIBE DID NOT PLAY THE FULL TWO HOURS THEY WERE CONTRACTED FOR, THEY WOULD NOT GET PAID. SO TOBY SEAN AND BEN JUST CONTINUED TO PLAY AND IMPROVISE AT THAT. WHAT TOOK PLACE THEN WAS A MIRACLE IF I HAVE EVER SEEN ONE. FORTY FIVE STRAIGHT MINUTES OF UP THEN DOWN, LOUD AND SOFT. BY THE TIME THEY WERE FINISHED, NOT A SOUL IN THE PLACE COULD EVEN SPEAK!! I LOOKED AROUND AND THE FEW THAT WERE THERE HAD JAWS DROPPED TO THE FLOOR. BY FAR THE BEST SHOW I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! WISH SOMEONE HAD A CAMERA...

Mr. Grah please bring Jibe back. The sounds aint the same as in the other bands and need I remind you that night at Sandy's when you rocked off the roof there no replica for that and who is there to teach us about the telepathic gorilla? Jibe is irreplacable and the best bet as far as rock goes.
