Tokyo-based trance outfit JIKOOHA comprises two Japanese, Jun and Shimodi, who played in a punk and new wave influenced alternative rock band in early 1990s. In 1996, we found the sound of Goa Trance that led us to form Jikooha in 1997 and started to produce our own trance tracks. While remained committed to our unique mixture of dance and punk, Jikooha's eclectic and unique sound shows our love of all music. We are experimental, sometimes excessively so, in taking in different sounds and styles from myriad of "genre" in our production; the process we believe is our search for spiritual journey.
JIKOOHA has been playing at parties nationwide from 1999 and has released several tracks. Our first full-album "JIKOOHA/NEW BREED" was released in 2003 on Tod Aquarium Records.
The 2nd album called "SHAMANARCHY" was released on Panorama Records in 2006 and second album. The title "SHAMANARCHY" combines elements of the two main influences of JIKOOHA, Goa spiritualism and the anarchic tendencies of punk. JIKOOHA's sound combines the essences of both Goa and rock for live shows with blistering electronics and real guitars. Definitely a must hear.

JIKOOHA (Panorama Records)
Explorations 2 - The Travel Bug (Return To The Source)"にトラックを提供し参加。

While nowadays it often seems like all the Psy Trance labels either reduce the speed of their releases and turn to more and more body-orientated club sounds or crank up the tempo of their music to rather hectic levels, Solar Tech Records delivers an excellent selection of tunes that keeps the golden mean: With tracks between 142 and 145 BPM the music is powerful, driving and very psychedelic on the one hand but also progressive in the original meaning of the word and does not get stressful or kitschy at any point. For this second compilation label owner DJ Natron extended his network of promising producers from South Africa, Switzerland, UK, Germany and South America and again presents some sparking pearls for original Psychedelic lovers.
Hey! :) We are glad to represent our new track to you! Track named "Marduk" and it's sounds GOA trance!:)))))) You can find it at our player!;))) Please, check it out!:)) Hope you'll like it!
