About me:
I am an oboist living in Indianola, Iowa. I play English horn and third oboe with the Cedar Rapids Symphony, and I teach oboe and piano students at Des Moines area schools and out of my home. My husband teaches at Simpson College here in Indianola. I have graduated with a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of Oregon in 2007. I also hold degrees from the University of Northern Colorado (MMus) and the University of Calgary (BMus). We try to get back to Calgary any chance we have, and every time we go, it's time for a Flames game! I love great food, great wine and great music. We are expecting our first child in November 2007.
