    I am now reading "Liberal Fascism" by Jonah Goldberg, some favorites have been: "Lone Survivor" by Marcus Luttrell (FANTASTIC read), "My Grandfather's Son" by Clarence Thomas...also a great read!!! "If Democrats Had Any Brains, They'd Be Republicans" by Ann Coulter...it was great! Who knew those loony Liberals could be so funny!!! Waiting in the queue are "Power to the People" by Laura Ingraham, "Culture Warrior" by Bill O'Reilly and "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand. I also like King and Koontz, though King really pissed me off with his remarks regarding the troops (basically calling them stupid). So after I've completed the "Gunslinger" saga, (two books left...one I had bought BEFORE his snide remark and the last one, I REFUSE to purchase, so who knows, I may never finish the series) I'm done with this guy.

I am fun-loving, high spirited and full of sh...LIFE…I meant LIFE! I love music and my very favorite is New Age...DAVID ARKENSTONE, SECRET GARDEN, TANGERINE DREAM, KITARO, CUSCO, DEEP FOREST, COYOTE OLDMAN, LLEWELLYN (LOVE the "Tantric Sexuality" disc!!!), SHASTRO, NADAMA, CLANNAD, BILL DOUGLAS, and a WONDERFUL new discovery, JACE VEK ("Brooke's Lullaby" and "The Last Sunrise" are two amazingly beautiful pieces that enter through your ears, soak into your soul and become part of you). I also love opera, classical (Dvořák, Barber, Rachmaninoff, Pachelbel), JOSH GROBAN (not sure how I would classify his genre), and good old standards (think Sinatra...NOT Celine...YUCK!!!). I’m also a fan of alternative music (Disturbed, Incubus, MCR, Good Charlotte, Three Days Grace). I love anything about the paranormal. My daughter and I are avid "Ghost Hunters" and "Ghost Hunters International" watchers. We have recently added Paranormal State and Ghost Adventures to our "DVR" list. I immensely enjoy photography, motorcycles and my hubby (not necessarily in that order). My favorite color is green, my favorite game is Scrabble, my favorite foods are French toast and bacon (YUM) and I am a sucker for plaid! I love to be outdoors, so the mountains, hiking, and camping are among my favorite things in life....oh, and one other...CHRISTMAS!!! I am a Christmas freak! I am a proud Conservative Republican with no patience for anything Liberal. I do not buy into any of the “global warming” crap, the “politically correct” bull or the huge anti-Religion agenda being forced down our throats by the so-called “party of tolerance”…the biggest hypocrites to ever walk our great planet. Well, that’s pretty much me in a nutshell…anything else, just ask!

A Democrat with some sense...yeah, right! I'd have better luck finding a Unicorn prancing around with elves... OK, OK, there are a few of 'em out there...Joe Lieberman is overall a pretty good chap. ATTENTION: Due to the increase in common sense and straight talk, plus the fact that he seems like a really good guy, I am adding Democrat Juan Williams to the (short) list of Dems that are "OK BY ME". I'm sure Juan is overflowing with pride knowing that he has made my list (you think???). ***DUE TO THE DIVE BACK INTO THE KOOL-AID JUG, JUAN IS NOW OFF MY LIST...nice guy, but morphing into a pod-person*** ***UPDATE*** Seems that Juan has scaled the slippery walls of the kool-aid jug and made his way back to reality! He has now been the target of a "smear" job - they are accusing him of being CONSERVATIVE!!! Welcome back, Juan!
