Perhaps what's better is listing the people that most frequently inspire me and serve as a catalyst towards me writing: Marc Douglas Berardo, Erik Balkey, Jackson Browne, Jud Caswell, Joe Crookston, Archie Fisher, Doug Irwin, James Keelaghan, Terence Martin, Cynthia Mazzant, David Olney, Jimmy Webb, Lee Wessman, George Wirth. (and Mark Helprin. Sara Teasdale. Adrienne Rich. And Annie LaMott.)
There are many others, of course.
If there are names there you don't know in that list, it's worth some research time.
