I am a Bassist and Composer. I studied at The New England Conservatory of Music just long enough to learn about Captain Beefheart . The day that I left school was the same day that I began writing music. I compose music for The Gove County Philharmonic, The Gove County String Quartet and Lit Moon Theater Company.
Gove is a town in Kansas (We are not from Gove). Gove also means to stare stupidly (No reference to the town). We do stare stupidly...............
was just thinking about that one jam at your old house, with you percussion contraption, that was awesome. I hope we can play bass duos again someday. have a good one.
Jim, you are a madman! But a creative one, at that! I hope you'll be able to come back to the 4th Annual Boise Creative & Improvised Music Festival (formerlly BEMF), May 1-2. Kaiser is coordinating the performers for me. Some day, we will move to Santa Barbara.
