His touring has taken him throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Boston, and even up into Vermont at the Middle Earth Music Hall..... Jim was invited to write and perform three new songs for a production of The Laramie Project. In 2006 he finished first runner-up in the Pittsburgh Singer/Songwriter competition and he was a finalist in the '06 Kerrville Folk Festival new song competition in Texas!....
