Jim is a songwriter and producer. He used to front the band Furniture and wrote their hit "Brilliant Mind". Nowadays he mostly writes songs for others, such as Michael Gray's huge dance hit "The Weekend". He has tracks on recent albums by Groove Armada, David Guetta, Michael Gray, Nigel of Bermondsey and Jack McManus. Lately he's been writing with new Columbia signing Lissie, who's currently recording her debut album in Nashville with Jacquire King (Kings Of Leon), including four songs co-written with Jim and Julian Emery. Jim is currently also writing with developing artists Murray James, Jade Williams, Anna Leddra Chapman, Joseph R Joseph, Rogue States, and Karen Overton. His work has recently been covered in France, Germany and Japan. He is rubbish at updating his MySpace page, but would love to hear from you.
