Hi Jim
What a pleasure it was to get your sweet letter . Yes Jim I do have a name to go with
TCBWTLC my first name is Charlotte .

I live in Porter , Texas 26 miles north of Houston, Texas .

I have always loved to cook . But i'm not a Chef like you or anything . Although I still
love to cook . It is difficult for me now because I suffer from a broken back . From my neck to to my tailbone .

I am not wheel chair bound simply due to
my stubborness . My doctors are amazed because they tell me the way I broke my back It is medically impossiable for me to walk .
Yet I am walking .

Lately I've been dreaming of shrimp Po-boys Where the shrimp is deep fried then put on a Poor -boy wit Moyo Lettuce & tomato . I used to live in Louisiana and you could get them everywhere . In Texas unless you make them your self I don't know where you would get one .

Yes I guess I have seen and been through alot in the years I have lived . But I still have not done all I want to do nor have I seen all I would like to see .

And I truly enjoy meeting new friends from all walks of life . This is why I wanted to be your friend . because I have never known a chef before.

What is your favorite thing to cook or eat ? I love food so I am pretty easy to please myself .

As a child a lot of times we didn't even have meat . But we had plenty of veggies & I loved them . So even today give me a plate with a bunch of veggies & cornbread and I'm in heaven .

Well I have set here talking about food & made myself hungry . So I will close for now . thank you for writing . Write when you have a moment or two.
