You - my books are full of characters based on people I know. People are fascinating. I'm also very much at home in observatories with nothing between me and outer space but some good hardware. Or out on the beach that's never on a map.

About me: I am an avid database programmer, suspense/horror novelist, astrophotographer, gardener, sunbather (is that a word?) and, above all, a devoted Daddy. It's been said that I'm the life of the party. Go ahead, invite me to one. It gives me great ideas for my next book.
I love Stephen King as much as the next person but, for crying out loud, step out and try something new. My books are available from amazon.com or virtually anywhere you can order books. If you were to do anything for me, it would be to buy my latest book. You'd be doing yourself a favor, too. Broaden your horizons. I work very hard to give you a great ride - but you have to get in and buckle up. I'll drive. You may scream on the corners but I'll get you where you want to go.
If you are new to my writing, I would heartily recommend that you start with LEVEL HEADS XE: THE DELUXE EDITION. It is a good sampling of my writing, from humor to the ultra creepy. From there, try GLASS if you're into the CSI thing. By then, you'll be hooked and you can read all five. :)
sigh. i still have my poster from our first frente show in the u.s. at bauhaus on east pine, with mary lou lord. seattle will always have a special place in my heart.
and a happy new year to you! The black & white is the one you took if you remember. I lost most of my photos a couple relationships ago (dweeb) but luckily I had the negatives. It cost a small fortune to get reprints. I hope the new year bodes well for you! :>
It isn't anything in particular with the IRS, just the expected effect of investments performing well and taxes on income from my job not covering the whole bill. It's not an audit or anything, but it still feels like a reaming!
