    thank you. the fight happened back in february, but i just found that picture yesterday. once the semesters over im gonna be back in the gym for the next 6 months. i want to be the NAAFS amateur champion at 135.

    lol its a little stiff... hopefully i can break it in soon. the only purple belts competing were sampy and i and we had a long match w/ each other in the absolute no gi and were exhausted so we just decided to not do the gi. hope you guys had a good time at the seminar and the tournament. it was good having ya there.

    It was definitely worthwhile. We learned quite a bit. First he covered a lot of stuff off the arm drag with no gi. It went from the basic takedown to either taking the back or doing the bravo choke. Then we did a sweep from guard off of it, and also an armbar. With the gi we learned a half-guard sweep, and a couple things from when your opponent is in the turtle position.

    Just got back from the event,bro...our girl lost via front choke in second round...but was a good fight! Her opponent was a nice girl...was a good match up...Leah had one hell of a triangle sunk in for about a minute,but she was stacked against the cage in rd.one,and both landed some good leather.
    was good training with you today man...have a good holiday!

    I'm not sure about next sememster, but we roll on Tuesdays and Thursdays now from 8-10.
    Who knows about next semester though? That could change, but one of us will let you know for sure when we find out

    yeah im fighting mark, is he any good? you dont gotta answer that if you dont want to lol. and i was going to wait till after the fight to train with. and i train in moundsville, west virginia its 2 hours from you guys. i train at woods fitness center and also at a guys house who used to cage fight n was a wrestling coach and im about to start training with the bullpin fight club . you got my number call me if you want to check it out.

    It was a fundraiser for the wrestling team. Boxing with takedowns and ground and pound. Won a UGLY decision, I dominated the first, but as I gassed he caught up more and more.
