J: you don't do Chem do you? Well, if you're talking about nuclear fission and nuclear fussion the difference is: Fission: splitting of a nucleus into two fragments, approx. of equal size. Fusion: joining together of 2 smaller nuclei to form a larger nucleus. But I'm assuming your teacher wasn't using fusion and fission in chemical terms.
Yoy know how sometimes you try really really damn hard for something and it just alludes you anyway? yeah, well maybe your teacher is thinking now that the opposite is happening!
R: i know that one is stuff going apart and the other stuff going together, but i failed to see how that related to my smart-aresedness on the lit exam. oh well, the lady who marked our exams was a little odd. it's probable. my marks went up a whole letter grade after i stopped trying in lit last year. for some stupid reason i started trying again this year.
how news travels fast. and for your information it was "my thumb really hurts. sorry." next to which the teacher wrote 'fission not fusion'. please someone tell me what this means.
anyway, i got a 6/50, and my lit teacher says that now that i've given up on doing well, i might actually do well. that subject confuses me. and that's the story!
J: Losing is never fun, but someone's got to be the loser, reckon losing sometimes makes you stronger- guess you can't always win, if you had to always win, well, then are you human?! I know a girl who couldn't just achieve excellent marks for herself- she had to beat everyone else in the process- o_o R: exactly, achieving excellent marks isn't fun if everyone else does too. i'm kinda like that girl, i must say. but vce's like that, your mark is supposed to be a rank.
J: I am going to schoolies with Lauren! :) Think their ultimate goal is to probably try and get me drunk and maybe ending up in someones bed but that won't happen. We were talking about it not long ago and I realised I had marked in the schoolies week a month too late. haha yeah. 0_o' And when Miranda was saying something about going away to Lorne I told her: "So am I! Who you going with? :D " So everyone proceeds to look at me with what looks like 'are you stupid?!' on their faces before Lauren says "..You are going to schoolies with us aren't you?"
I'm pretty competitive all the time. Sometimes it annoys me. Other times it pushes me forward. Bother.
