  • General

    I LOOOVE to travel. I've traveled the world and seen many places and what I have learned is that we are all the same no matter where we are from and what we speak. Been to Spain, Germany, Mexico, Canada, Czech Republic, Italy, Netherlands, England, France, and Brazil.
    I love school and education. I am a weirdo. I like to study and learn stuff. I want to know as much as I can. Maybe one day I will actually use this education that I have. :) I am not really an aficionada of beer or alcohol. I don't bake myself in the sun, nor do I smoke. Life is too short to waste yourself away. Trust me, go through cancer and you will see just how each one of your days are a blessing. I want to be something one day, not just the overly educated woman with no job.

    I would really like to read or maybe I should say I would really like to like to read. Maybe when my children get older or I slow down, who knows maybe it will be when I actually get on that ADD medicine I need. Right now- no time to read. Oh yeah- there once was this book I read in elementary school about a man who wore lots of hats. That's like me. DUDE! I am actually read a book!!! Its called Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe. It's for grad school.

About me:

.. I am a conservative, not necessarily a Republican, and this year, I will be voting McCain. I'm not really happy with Bush and do believe that McCain is not a third term Bush. I think this not because I am this gung-ho McCain supporter but honestly because I really don't like Obama. It doesn't matter though who you vote for, just vote for who you decided the best for our nation is AFTER you research each candidate throughly. Don't vote party, race, or sex on this one. Please do your homework. Then you will be qualified to vote, don't let yourself be another American who goes to the polls and votes an ignorant vote just because you like the way someone looks or the sound of their voice. Ok- that is my plea to you. Mon Cher On the lighter side of things, I am a person who wants to make a difference in this world. I love to travel. I work with foreign students. I want this world to live in peace. I have three children that are such a great part of my life. I love God and want to serve him and show his love to people all over his beautiful planet. I love all people and our differences. I was a Spanish teacher but you know how people are, I am tired of putting up with crap and people who kiss... well you know. So that page of my life is closed, for good this time I hope. I am a full time grad student at ECU. Hopefully in May, I will have a MA in International Studies. Cool. Us 3- My Brazilian sis and I I think that I like to do so much to keep me busy. I am who I am, if you don't like it, well sorry. Be real and not fake, I hate fake people. I don't care how much God blesses me, I will never be too good to sit down to dinner with someone who is poorer, dirtier, or less advantaged than myself. We are essentially all the same. We all come into this world naked and that's how we will all leave it. I don't know. I think that when it comes to me or who I am, I am me. I mean I think that I am an over sensitive and sentimental person who constantly likes to tell those I love that I do. You never know when you won't be able to again... RIP-CAP. I have been so many places and met lots of people and have realized that friends are few and acquaintances are many. ..

    Dear God: The lady reading this is beautiful, classy and strong, and I love her. Help her live her life to the fullest. Please promote her and cause her to excel above her expectations. Help her shine in the darkest places where it is impossible to love.     Hey! OH GIRL, YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW GOOD IT FEELS NOT TO BE SICK ANYMORE! lol I went to the doctor this past Wednesday to get my lab results (first lab since I've been out of the hospital). I was sooo worried about what they were going to say. But, he said everything looks good. T4 levels are great, blood pressure is normal, pulse is down, liver looks good. My red blood cells are a little low, but that's because of my low iron (which I've always had). My albumin (chemical produced by liver) level was a little low, but he said it's nothing that concerns him because it's only a tad low. I'm feeling SO MUCH better though!! I even got a part time job caring for my best friend's 3 year old boy! :) It gives me a chance to get out of the house and make a little cash, so that's definately a plus! :) Well, I want to see all of the pics from Germany, so hurry and post! lol
