Through the years I've had the amazing opportunity to play with great bands, musicians, and friends. From Stealing June to Panoramic Blue, from arenas filled with 10,000 people to college cafeterias with 10 people, and from touring with local bands to Maroon 5 or Sugar Ray... it's been quite the ride. It's certainly not over, though I'm excited that things are slowing down a bit.
I'm currently living in St. Louis Park, MN with my wonderful girlfriend Caley. I'm busy playing a variety of shows this summer, and chugging through the end of my graduate program. This summer I'll be finishing up my classes and finishing up everything for my teaching license. I'm very excited to be student teaching this Fall (though the lack of a paycheck won't be fun... good thing I have a sugar momma!), and I'll complete my Masters in Education this December. Look out elementary students... Mr. Towner's coming to a classroom near you!
My schedule will be dying down a bit in the fall in order to keep my life in order, though keep checking for updates on shows and some possible new acoustic originals that I will post on this site. Be sure to make some time this summer to catch one of the fun patio shows or any of the Jade Murphy Band shows as well!
PLEASE don't hold it against me if I never reply to myspace emails or questions... I'm just plain bad at it!
