About me:
This layout was handmade with love by the folks at My space or yours? using original artwork by Marah Johnson. Go get one!

J.M. Bauhaus wants to write books for a living. Until then, she spends her days getting paid to wrangle dead trees and stare at a computer screen. She's married to Matt and shares the duty of making sure their two cats don't shank each other in the prison yard, when they're not too busy tearing up her yarn stash.

The Hero Factor - a novel by J.M. Bauhaus

Michael Chambers tries to be a nice guy. So when his girlfriend's cat runs away, he volunteers to go look for it. What he finds instead is a pooka--a shapeshifting faerie sent to take over his life. After a conk on the head, Michael wakes up at the base of the Hollywood sign, under assault by a horde of something right out of a Tolkein novel--or at least the movie versions.

A militant faerie princess and her punk rocker body guard come to his rescue. Naturally, he's grateful, right up until he learns that they're the reason he's there in the first place. They want something from him, and they won't let him go home until they get it.

Kidnapped by faeries, forced into a fight that's not his, and--oh yeah!--that impostor pooka's back home, making time with his girlfriend; Michael's through playing nice guy. He's going to get his life back, even if he has to slay an army of evil faeries to do it.

Stupid cat.

I don't think we are gonna come to his birthday. Julie's under pretty strict orders not to travel anywhere or her lady parts could fall off. But you guys can come over any time you want.

I need a better site. I just use templates for the design, so I'm really limited to what I can do. I could really use some help with it. I know how I want my new logo to look, I just need to take the time to get the design scanned and finish it up.

K. Do you have Illustrator or anything where you can convert to vector files? That's what I'm gonna need at some point, especially to have t-shirts made.

Yeah Grandma held the phone up while he was wailing on his guitar the other day. I just don't think I'm gonna be able to make it out there while he's here.

Did you get my text? We had a really sweet dog dumped out here and I thought of you. She kinda reminds me of Bell the way she's built, except all four of her legs are functional.
