Song: The Big Bang Demo
"Chugging guitars begin this tune in a sound reminescent of The Doobie Brothers' "Long Train Running (Without Love)". Suddenly the drums go through a set of pause and starts, and to my amazement the guitars sharply follow those pause and starts with simultaneous (near perfect) muting and start ups. I give JMCinstrumental high marks for this alone. The song is filled with various rhythm patterns that orbit the opening chugging riffs. Every several measures, the pattern changes and all musicians pickup together in the new theme. This is great stuff from Columbus, Ohio!"

Matt Love - Drummer
Cody Price - Guitarist

"Freakin' great tune guys! The bass and guitar are nice and tight in this song. I listened to all the tracks, but this one really stands out from the others... Every one of you guys are good but the drummer, Matt, this cat has some serious skills, hats of to you man..."

Sounds LikeSome lame band that was around for a while. What were they called, like No-Be-Flo or some shit?

   About JMC
STOP! Are you an aspiring singer/lyricist in search of a creative, instrumental band to play along with in hopes of producing music people can come to love and cherish for as long as humanity exists? Well then advance no further. You have now reached your destiny. Just send us a message if you think you've got what it takes to take the reigns of our band!

JMC Instrumental "Quantum Mechanics"

We've been together for about five years now. For the first 2 years we jammed out sessions just trying to figure out what the hell we were doing. There was a break with Matt for a while since he lived in DC, but Cody and I were capable of creating a lot of material until Matt came back.

We haven't made much a name for ourselves locally yet, now that a year has gone by. But I think we can now claim to be capable of making consistently original and, hopefully, pretty awesome songs. Along with the six posted on this website, we also have countless others worked out, and a few more to be adjusted.

Recording our music has become a great accomplishment for us, as well. I think it's part of what makes our songs official. It gives us the ability to share our sound with anyone. We've only played in front of a group of people a few times, but we fully understand how fun it could become to do it more often.

We would like to thank everyone who has ever supported us. I know there aren't many but we love our fans, haha. All in all, I think we're simply musicians playing for other musicians. However, we would like to see if we could make a career out of this.

Thanks guys! I def. appreciate the feedback very much. I noticed you guys using an electric drum kit in the recordings (Swell is very cool btw), and I have an offer for you if you'd like to use it. I have a program called EZ Drummer, it's a plugin for electric kits especially designed to re-create a natural kit sound, if you're interested I could send you a couple of songs i've made with some people that have used this plug-in. anyway, keep making music, and if you have any shows in the 'Ville or anywhere else, let me know, I'll be there! (P.S.
also, new song the the Poonbot page, "Space Metal")

I was going for a quick turnaround writing and recording wise, slow and careful is always better in the longrun though. Best of luck with your recording, i hope it goes well.
