Formed in 2002, this four piece band consists of vocalist Mike Smith, guitarist Rick Barber, bassist Dan Grefrath and Drummer Jim Harris. Barber is a two time winner of the Annual Oswego Harborfest Song Contest. Smith won the 2005 B104.7 Country Music Talent Challenge. Grefrath owns and operates WIG Sound, a live sound reinforcement business. Harris is a former student of famed jazz drummer, the late Vinnie Ruggiero. They are currently releasing their first self produced all original CD. The self titled CD contains 15 songs penned by the groups creative duo Barber and Smith
The new J.M. Danrick Band CD is now ready! It features 15 all new, all original songs. The official release date is set for April 25th, 2009. The release party is scheduled for 6-10 p.m. at Wacky Wyatt's Tex Mex BBQ in Baldwinsville. From now until the CD release we will be posting select tracks from the CD weekly. Check back often! -J.M.
