Formed in 2002, this four piece band consists of vocalist Mike Smith, guitarist Rick Barber, bassist Dan Grefrath and Drummer Jim Harris. Barber is a two time winner of the Annual Oswego Harborfest Song Contest. Smith won the 2005 B104.7 Country Music Talent Challenge. Grefrath owns and operates WIG Sound, a live sound reinforcement business. Harris is a former student of famed jazz drummer, the late Vinnie Ruggiero. They are currently releasing their first self produced all original CD. The self titled CD contains 15 songs penned by the groups creative duo Barber and Smith
Greetings all, The band wants to let everone know that The J.M. Danrick Band farewell tour has begun. Mike Smith, our vocalist, has called it quits. We will honor our remaining bookings through December 2009 and then put her down. It was fun while it lasted. See you around!
