Cool! I'm on the central coast ... Morro Bay ~ but San Luis Obispo is a huge college town and there is a cool vibe on the coast for sure. Lots of cool folk bands play up in Big Sur which is north of here . I'm like 200mi from LALA LAND and 200mi from SF. Let me know next time you plan to play in LA

I'd have to say that there are a few cool places to play. There is a bar in SLC called "Burt's Tiki Lounge" that is pretty good.. I've seen a few shows there. Also, there is a place in Ogdem called "Brewski's," and a small little little venue (sadly, no bar.. more of just a performance space) in Logan called "Why Sound". You should check them out.. I think they all are on Myspace!!! :)
I am really close to Ogden & Logan UT.. Right smack dab in the middle. It's about 45 mins from Salt Lake. I can see how you thought I was in Cali though, lol, ALOT of my friends are there!!!
