I think I am a sincere person who likes to talk, listen and laugh. I am a conscientious worker and feel that a job well done is it's own reward. Basically my personality is pleasant and steady unless I allow myself to become stressed from not eating proper meals, working too long without a break and/or not getting enough sleep. These are bad habits that I have pretty much conquered.
Knowing when to say "when" is extremely important, as tomorrow is another day, and the task will be easier after a rest. Self-discipline is very important to me and some days I'm better at it than others.
