When I’m not indulging in reality television, baking my famous mint chocolate chip brownies or zip lining over the Costa Rican jungle, I spend my time putting hard-working people in the jobs they were born to do. Some of my side projects include a book full of advice on hourly recruitment, a witty blog, a collection of hilarious e-cards called Afterthoughts, and making friends like you on MySpace.
