It all started one afternoon when he was about 3. His dad would put him to sleep to classics like the Drifters, Gladys Knight and the Pips, Sam Cooke, Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding, and the Temptations(just to name a few). He would close his eyes to the sounds of oldies as his father rocked him to sleep. Eveyday a different record but the same dream would be the outcome. He wanted to be like them, not their life, but their craft. As he got older he knew he wanted to be more than what he was....a mover. Someone that when you closed your eyes could feel what he felt. When he spoke he wanted people to listen. He's not the type of person to sit back and gossip about who he has worked with in his process to "make it". Cause all of that is neither here nor there cause in the end of the day music is music.He has his family and his core of friends so in essence he has already "made it". And those people who he has worked with are not going to make other people listen to him. He is not who he knows.....but what he knows. He is not judged for what he does but how he does it. He goes by one motto and one motto only...! "Keep grinding as if your gift will be gone tommorow". All that he asks of you, you reading this, is that you take a moment. THATS IT. Just take a moment and see if you can not relate, know someone who can, or even feel what he is saying. All we all really need is a moment. So come and take his hand and come with him on his process to the top. Come and see what he see's and come be apart of something special. COME WITH HIM....I promise the RIDE IS WORTH THE PRICE OF A MOMENT!!!!!
"At the end of the day, when it comes down to it, all we really want is to be close to somebody. So this thing where we all keep our distance and pretend not to care about each other, it's usually a load of bull. So we pick and choose who we want to remain close to, and once we've chosen those people, we tend to stick close by. No matter how much we hurt them. The people that are still with you at the end of the day, those are the ones worth keeping. And sure, sometimes close can be too close. But sometimes, that invasion of personal space, it can be exactly what you need...
