Mackenzie and Ricky are getting married in May. How have you been doing? We are going Saturday and start looking at dresses. They didn't give me much notice but thats Mackenzie, right? LOL Oh hey! This is Valley Anger Management with the Anger Management tip of the week:
One of the tricks for preventing yourself from becoming angry in any situation is recognizing your feelings before you act out on them. If you are able to tell yourself "I feel _______" right now, then you have made yourself aware of emotions, which can allow you to proceed with any situation by controlling your actions. Siimple recognition of feelings can go a far way.
