I'm Joe Clopton. I made these songs. I hope you like them and want to listen to them. I like to pretend I don't care what people think about me, yet I'm a performer. Who wants to be disliked? Otherwise I could just play alone in my room all day by myself... actually I do that often. I like Radiohead, Elliott Smith, The Doors, Tool, Nirvana, Jeff Buckley, Modest Mouse, Sufjan Stevens, Bob Marley, Bob Dylan, Fiona Apple, The Coma Lillies, The Pixies, Sublime, John Vanderslice, Bjork, Beck and a thousand more and counting. Were are all the Heros. Everybody. Whether we like it or not, we are all connected. We share this home. We are all roommates, brothers, sisters, responsible for one another. I am paying attention. I am learning how to be. When I grow up I want to BE. I want to help you. I want your help. Bands please contact me, lets do some shows together.
