Born in central New York, Joe Dorn had the benefit of long, cold winters to hone his artistic crafts and develop the dogged determination that has become synonymous with Joe to anyone that knows him.
After several years of engineering and drumming in Charlotte, NC, Joe embarked on his life-long dream of moving to Nashville, TN to pursue a career in music. Working as a sound engineer, Joe managed to find time for drumming with some of the industry's finest. Names like The Offering, Jeff Wood, and the legendary Charlie McCoy rise to the top of a long list of performers. He even squeezed in some study with drumming great, Chester Thompson.
Doing the occasional church gig and always available for fill-in work, Joe is currently recording and performing with the Eric Lee Band and also Michele Ari.

Hey, what's going on? I haven't done thing with the tracks yet...4 different guitarists and schedules are whacked. I have a huge art show that's been pushed from June '08 to Dec. now and I've been trying to get that together.
Hello there! Just dropping by to say hello and see how you are doing. Drop by anytime and give me your messages and comments, alway love to hear from you. Take care and God Bless! Sam
I'm good. I managed to survive a round of layoffs at work. That's always a relief. Hey, do you want to do lunch or dinner when you get into town? I wasn't sure what time you'd be in but I have to pass off the Dudish housekey to you anyway. Let me know. Later
Just stopping by to say Hello and let you know that "After All These Beers" is up. I have been getting a lot of requests for it. I hope you enjoy it and let me know what you think. Have a great day!
Dude, my mac and Digital Performer is new and yet acting up. Quitting in the middle of just rough tracks of click, acoustic and scratch vocals. Not cool. No idea what I'm going to do about the CD.
