.. Hi. I'm Joe Hass and this isn't a profile for me, but a tribute to the musical genius, LORD TOPH. I'm a huge fan. Btw, if you haven't already, go to his page NOW and add him. Trust me, you'll be glad you did. If I could use 2 word to describe him, it would be PURE GENIUS! I first came across his music on myspace and i have to admit, I didn't know at all what to expect of him or his music. I started looking around on his page and the first song I heard was "The Cvre". I didn't know how to feel about it at first, probably because i'd never heard anything like it before. After a couple of listens, it grew on me and i realized that it was a good thing. I've realized over time, after years of listening to great music, the best things aren't as easy to digest at first. That is why I chose to give his music a few more listens, because I must say I was intrigued by what I heard. So, I started listening to other tracks and the next song I came across was "Wicked". This one was an instant classic. By the time I heard the electronic bass drop and Lord Toph speaking whatever language he speaks at the beginning in a very haunting, and chilling scary movie antagonist type of tone , I knew that I was in for something special. This song sounds like it's straight from a vampire, ghost, scary movie soundtrack. FUCKING AMAZING! And then there's "Finger"... need I say more? I'm a guy, but if I were a woman, I'd be in some trouble after hearing this song. lol I've seen some of the comments on his myspace page and I don't blame the ladies for damn near worshipping this guy. LORD TOPH FUCKIN' ROCKS! He's like my fuckin' idol. I would love to be getting chicks like he does. Maybe I'll pick up a guitar or something and become a musician! haha See how it works out. Anyway, I heard these amazing songs and couldn't resist just going and buying every one of them from his Snocap store and listening to them again and again. Then he released "The Priest In Me" and "Beavtifvl Distraction" for free and they've absolutely blown me away. I had to snatch them up. I impatiently wait and anticipate whatever he releases next. THIS GUY DOESN'T MISS!!! I MEAN HIT, AFTER HIT, AFTER HIT!! WHO DOES THAT!?!. I've heard many great bands with many great songs, but I never lose a second of interest with Lord Toph or his band's playing, even after multiple plays. I have to make myself stop listening to the goddamn stuff. But yeah, I love every single song and each one left a huge impact on my time tested ears. I've got to meet this guy, and when I do, I just have to shake his hand and say "Great fucking job, dude!" I'd be at a loss for words after that. I just have to meet him and that'd be enough. Anyway, thanks for visiting the page. Hope you like it, and be sure to write me sometime.
