JOE KIDD AND THE GASH PLAY ON:
Good Junk.
Sounds Like
Imagine Jello Biafra (Dead Kennedy's) on vocals, Dick Dale on guitar, Victor De Lorenzo (Violent Femmes) on drums, and Mark Mothersbaugh (DEVO) ..s; however, the goal is to write music not commonly heard in mainstream rock and present the listener with new structures and sounds.
For over a lifetime and a half Joe Kidd has been developing his unique brand of surf rock. In 2003 he had the gumption to record it. He grabbed all the instruments he could muster and employed the use of a friends 8 track, (The friend being Greg Lesnjak, guitarist for Laid In Concrete. A band in which Joe also sang.) Which lead to a 7 song , and ten track labor of love, all recorded and written by Joe Kidd. All instruments on this first album were played by him. Later he recorded five tracks with Mike Mannis of Alder Street Recorders in Hesperia, CA and released that album as Fever Dreams. Now Joe and crew are recording a new album with Nathan Paul of Mystic Recording Studios in Apple Valley, CA. It will consist of 13 new tracks and will be released mid 2009. Currently the band is working hard in the studio and playing few shows but keep posted, as the future is bright for Joe Kidd and The Gash!

No need to apologize unless you broke it on purpose. It was an accident... right? The studio will still be here when you're all healed and ready to go. No rush. You say when.
