About me: Since 1974, the Joel Hall Dancers - one of the most racially and ethnically diverse professional dance companies in America - has achieved an international reputation as a quintessential contemporary jazz ballet company: urban, sophisticated, vibrant, and accessible. Though based in African-American jazz music and jazz dance culture, the company explores and embraces other traditions as well, resulting in an often explosive blend of jazz, ballet, modern, and "street" dance techniques.
With Joel Hall as its principal choreographer, the company also performs works by such world-renowned choreographers as Ruth Page, Talley Beatty, Paul Sanasardo, and exciting new artists. Programs including both full, evening length ballets and mixed repertories, as well as workshops, lecture/demonstrations, and master classes. With its extensive archive of repertory works, the Joel Hall Dancers offer presenters a wide variety of programming options and are available for bookings.
Fees for a single performance begin at $12,000 plus traveling expenses. Fees for multiple performances at a single venue, short and long-term residencies, and multiple bookings within a local geographical area can be negotiated.

just wanted to say hello and congrats on what I heard was an absolutely fabulous show. You were on my mind all weekend. I wish I could have been there, you are all still very much in my heart though:) wishing the company much continued success.
