we've got our own studio and we do the majority of our recordings ourselves, have a listen to our tunes, they're pretty good quality like, should have a think about using our place
yeh no probs with the kit, dont know if anyone is coming down, we just turn up and play lol, dont do much promoing of gigs these days, other than just send out a few bulletins and add it to our gig list,
we can record you some decent demo's for you in our studio and we dont charge much have a listen to songs on our myspace we did most of them ourselves, listen to she's not sorry and magazine dreamer we paid £500 for them and there aint £500 worth of difference between them and our own, lol...so we decided we aint gonna use a studio again cos we got all the gear anyway.... weve got our own rehearsal room that we rent out to bands and our own studio where we write our stuff in and we have started recordign other bands as well, done 2 last weekend, so have alisten to our songs and get in touch if you are interested and let us know how many songs you want recording, maybe come down and have a listen to some songs weve recorded for bands
Yeah i suppose we are in ways, i mean their deffo a top band and influenced us to get into music and that, but i don't know about that coming across in the tunes, not really found our ground yet so have been writing and just seeing what comes out. Every tune we've done sounds like something different and influenced by someone, which has kept us rolling so far to this point, but its time to get down to really get business now from hear. I think "shout it out" is the one that everyone relates to the roses... plus we have only just started writing on electric, and with better equipment... the coming songs are quite roses from some of their songs, then some have a little verve in them.. Im just trying to get DT who has been writing most of the stuff up to know to get past writing like a solo folk writer would, because it doesn't suit or cash in on the capacity of what a whole four piece band can offer. but we seem to be heading in the right direction... so what about you lot when you boys next playing? il come check you out..
