| General | Music of course. I also like to build tube-based guitar amplifiers and other assorted "mad scientist" type electronic stuff. I love to do woodworking stuff like building furniture and things like that. I used to restore cars and motorcycles for a living so I still enjoy that kind of stuff and I have an old Datsun 240Z that always needs some attention. I'm a backyard bird-watcher. | | Music | All the usuals ( TheBeatles etc..) My favorite music is the music that was created by the "Super Groups" of the 70's. Bands like Queen, Kansas, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, etc... Some of these groups like "The Who" may have actually started in the 60's but in my opinion hit their stride in the 70's and defined hard rock for decades to follow. More recent stuff that I like: Foo Fighters, Aimee Mann, The Killers, Muse, AudioSlave. | | Movies | Forrest Gump, Shawshank Redemption, Highlander, Jaws, The Big Lebowski, The Blues Brothers | | Television | The Discovery Channel, Animal Planet. When I try to watch other channels like CNN or MTV I get a slight ringing in my ears and my stomach starts to hurt. |

About me:
I play guitar in the band "Collective Soul".
I also played guitar and bass on the latest Steve Walsh (lead singer for Kansas) record "Shadowman".
Most recently I have finished my own solo record that will be released later this year entitled "Fight Years".
