About me: Dr. Joel B. Peckham, Jr., is an Assistant Professor of American Literature at The University of Cincinnati, Clermont College. A scholar of American Literature and a creative writer as well as a former Fulbright Scholar, Joel's reviews, essays, scholarly articles, and poetry have been published in numerous journals throughout The United States and Canada, including American Literature, Ascent, The Black Warrior Review, The Literary Review, The Malahat Review, The Mississippi Quarterly, The North American Review, Passages North, River Teeth, The Sycamore Review, The Southern Review,Texas Studies in Language and Literature, and Yankee Magazine. Hello Hello, I hope that all is well and that you remember enough of me to recognize who this is. I guess I just wanted to say I always enjoyed your classes and I learned alot, more about myself than anything. So thanks and happy holidays to you and your family. One more thing. One of the poems we studied hit me really hard.
