Joe Rubix are a Cork-based three piece instrumental group known for their explosive and dynamic live shows. Employing the rock and roll holy trinity, guitar, bass and drums, the band creates rich sonic atmospheres fluctuating between subtle hushed melodies and vast walls of sound, formed from a collective mix of influences that can only lazily be summed up as progressive, all of which are presented in a vibrant and unpretentious fashion. An immersive and evocative musical experience for those with an interest in alternative and original music.
