this is a closeup of my battery compartment. This is the back of my guiar The Ibanez:Silver Surfer(Harmonics Guitar) built by me for me and only me LOL!! This is my newely modified switch system for my Ibanez:Silver Surfer(harmonics Guitar)........the right switches are on/off and the other switches on the left are phase switches. this switch system took me three days to complete. once i hooked it up without solder. i test it it out and the system was all shorted out. so i had to redo it one by one with solder. and now i completed it. put cushoning behind my tremolo for looks to my creation. and i put cushioning inside my wiring system. i made this brand new again. "To my specifications". i put two new emg/sa pickups and a switching system with a newely modified battery compartment behind my guitar for the 2 active pickups i installed. this wiring diagram for this guitar is dedicated to Brian May for his brilliant sound for his amazing riffs he created from Queen. and the picture of the silver surfer and the push pull whammy effect cavity i created for the body is dedicated to Joe Satriani Himself for his exellence in instrumental sounds he created and the wild screams he loves. The neck and the 1 volume and the potted humbucker(Rail) at 15.8k of hot pickup power including the floyd rose tremolo Double Locking System, and the graphics red and black on the back of my guitar is dedicated to Eddie Van Halen for his brilliance in creating the brown sound and the MXR phase 90 effects the MXR flanger effects and the echoplex with the equilizer from boss, he inspired me to make my own sounds the way i want it and to play through my fretboard like a god. the emg pickups alone are dedicated to the man who puts out the amazing emg sounds with a Fender Stratocaster, the pedals he uses, and his famous the big muff and dyno comp, Mr David Gilmour. he inspired me to get these pickups and they sound perfect on here too. i totally completed it all on this and now its a brand new customized guitar now. here is a picture of my switch system. In front of the guitar..... heres a cool picture of it. the way i pictured it would. I'm in heaven. with my guitar and walking nowhere. all i see is nothing. about my ibanez: silver surfer.................................. i wanted to create a guitar with all different types of sounds even for effects pedals but mainely for the guitar itself. this guitar was once a piece of crap but i brung it back to life and now look at it. almost perfect they way i want it and the way it should be for me for this customized guitar i built myself from scratch parts from part stores on the internet. i like experimenting and tinkering with guitars like eddie van halen but for me for my own sounds i want to create for my desire sound in music, different sounds in my guitar allow me to play my guitar in ways i never thought they were even possible or existed, eddies didnt exist either but he got what he wanted in his own sounds and for his pedal effects. but what im looking for totally different than his mainely. mines on the wild side and very clean sound when i go clean instead of distortion. and i use chorus effects to give that echo sound to the clean channel and the distortion i go chorus and delay sometimes. but i use a delay with EVH Flanger and i have a ibanez autowah pedal. that allowes me to find sounds like sweeping sound effects wah effects the settings are really cool to experiment with its amazing. Music is amazing. it filles us with joy and warmes our hearts. music is beutiful period. there are no words to describe how powerful music is. its just magnificent. the specifications for this guitar The Ibanez: Silver Surfer RG(Harmonics Guitar) EMG Series The Scecifications for the new model(one of a kind guitar) 1. Ibanez GRX60 basswood body(heavy & Repaired) 2.Fender Licensed Rock Maple Neck(25.5 scale 12-16 Compound Radius w/ No Inlays At All)& 22 Vintage Size Stainless Steel Frets and a Gotoh R2 locking nut and a retainer bar in front of the nut. 3. 6 Gotoh Machineheads 4. A 6 switch system from Brian Mays Wiring Diagram 3 switches are phase and 3 are on/off switches. now put in here. the 3 pickups are connected in series so i can have multiple sound capabilities but for my pickups only 5. a floyd rose F2 tremolo . and its put on the modified body i made to be a push/pull whammy cavity for my playing abilities. 6.A volume pot from EMG And A Active Tone Control By EMG(Solderless System)... 7.A EMG X-85 White Active Humbucker for amzing sound. and put on a pickup bracket...and a second battery in the wire comartment and customized the plate and made a cover with velcro on it so i can change my battery when it dies. this pickup has great sustain too.. im amazed by it and ill stick to this one.. i chose a good pickup. not bad!!! 8. EMG active neck pickup (white) 9. EMG active neck pickup(white)(i wanted two neck pickups and in series because both give really awsome results to a sound im looking for.)10. and the guitars equipped with Elixer strings. and a battery compartment in the back to power up the two EMG Pickups. and a awsome picture of a silver surfer art made by Cpoole70, i had this done some more. i put on some silver to make the silver surfer look better and i also put some gold on to make it look cool too. . and in the back of the body is Eddie Van halens graphics just red and black, and gold.... the black is just plain marker and red is the paint no white because i thought these three would be better and im right. there you have it!!! this guitar is totally finished and after almost two years of getting this guitar on its feet again. it's now a totally new changed guitar now and forever. this time its final........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ This guitar is The tribute To The Greatest guitarist who ever lived "Eddie Van Halen". its called the EVH Strat, tribute to Eddie Van Halen Guitar, the art is done by cpoole70 as known as THUNDER!!!!! me and him thought of zoom logos to put on here and i thought of the EVH because i seen his logo sign on my EVH flanger pedal. i handed the pedal to him and he got it off perfectly his way. i even thought of the skull for the evh to give eddies logo sign a bit of a rad side to it. and the bricks look awsome too. eddies red and white and black colors give it a cool look to the guitar for his inspiration to all who listen and feel his music. this guitar is one of a kind and can never be made again. this guitar is a bad ass mo fo for real!!.. And the back of this guitar is Eddie Van Halens face on the corner of my guitar and his graphics red and black only and bricks to add white and the bricks look cool on the graphics. i like how we did this guitar its so awsome!! and the tremolo cavity has bricks as well and his graphics are sunk into the cavity to give it a cool look for the springs. and there will be no cover no, no, no. i do it Eddie Van Halen Style. eddie inspires me to do harmonics. tapping. and flying through my freatboard i never thought i could do. i sometimes get joe satrianis fast fingering because i love to move my fingers really fast but precise and theres two people i learn from and thats eddie van halen and joe satriani himself. these are the only two guys ill ever learn from. there my teachers and they give me the skills and the knowledge to seek my way of making my own music. i love music ever so dearly, truly. well im the type of guy who just loves to do things. i hate being bored all the time. it just makes me crazy. i like going out and discover whats out there in the world. i love playing guitar and learning more of it. music is my passion my life and my baby. there no getting out of it whatsoever. i play everyday to get better. i love to hang out with friends and my family. i love hanging out with my mom. she is so cool. i love her so much. anymore inf. just ask and ill answer to anything you ask me. just dont hesitate to hollar at me.
