UPDATE/MARCH 14th, 2009 UPDATE BY TINOCO TODAY LIVE IN CONCERT "BIG BAND , SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI. AFTER CONCERT LEAVING FOR LITTLE ROCK We were live on two radio stations this week KRZK and KOMC. Tamra , Talya and I will be promoting our show. Talya was a hit on first live interview last week. . We recorded MANY radio commercials that will or already airing in Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas and Arkansas which include Christian, Country and Oldies stations in those regions. Talya is definitely the draw in all of those. She is truly a professional. She wants to read to me her script on the way to the studios. We are appearing on the biggest morning show in Arkansas. (television) It is called "Good Morning Arkansas" it is the ABC affiliate in Little Rock. We will be doing an 8 and a half minute interview as well as all three of us singing. And yes I will be is singing Old Time Traditional Country Music! We are having area appreciation starting March 19th and going through the 28th. It is $10 If you live in Greene, Christian, Carroll and Boone counties and $7 if you live in Taney or Stone counties That is the update for the next week. There are a lot more interviews TV and radio that are to be scheduled including in Kansas City. We will keeping you informed. .. I was born in Olathe, Kansas. I spent my junior and senior year opening for the stars of Nashville and legends of Country Music. Spent weekends in recording studios and summers on tour with a country music show producer Tuffy Williams. My most exciting challanges were singing on the Grand Ole Opry as Porter Wagoner's guest. Singing at Fan Fair 92, 94, 97, 98 and being asked at 17, by Mr. Hobbs owner of the famed Nashville Palace to sing live for him!! Wow!! Singing at the Ryman and meeting stars backstage, having my own home town concerts (surprising to me) drawing over 5000 fans and brought back the next year. Scary thought to prepare for. Made it!! Being cast by Dolly Parton herself in her latest movie the Blue Valley Song Bird, Auditioning for Disney (Nashville Auditions) got the gig ... then off traveling on the Disney Magic doing my own County Show. Being cast and filmed with Paul Newman the hot lights and long hours of work. The technical aspects of making a movie are not as thrilling and exciting as a live concert. Knocking on Nashville doors and presenting myself was a challanging ordeal.
One if the most exciting invitations ever was a request by Branson's Veterans association to sing for the President along with my partner Tamra Holden A Tribute To Our Veterans: As you may know, for the Presidential inauguration, two inaugural balls are held; One in Washington, DC and one in a selected city, Branson was chosen as that city! The ball was held at the Chateau on the Lake on January 20, 2005. Joe Tinoco & Tamra Holden-Tinoco were invited to sing for the U.S. President. (See Press Release) ..a href="" target="_blank">

Chisai (believing in me) was my introduction to Branson and working with her was a real learning experience and she is one of Branson's award winning producers. She has helped many coming to Branson become a stars, such as Shoji and others. She is not only a past producer of mine, she is a close friend. Paying my dues have actually paid off to this point as I am so lucky and blessed to be able to produce & star in my own show now, which keeps me extremly busy.
