My first film is called ’JOEy Brannigan Presents : Escape to Nowhere’ and is avaliable on request on DVD. It is this film and this style that i am now working towards. This style has been described by many as being a form of social commentary and aims to address issues synonymous with young culture from the perspective of a guy who has lived through a lot of the changes and choices that people face today. Escape to Nowhere is the first step in creating a new style of entertainment...
My Name is JOEy, I am 2(fucking)5 years old from Coventry...well actually its a small village near Coventry...People tend to think I live in the middle of nowhere..this is not true. I have always loved (trying to) making people laugh and I am not afraid to make myself look a bit silly in the process...
..While I once focused on ’Stand up’ style comedy, something I am still hoping to get more involved with as I am always writing new gags, I moved more towards my show ’JOEy Brannigan Presents’, which is, for the moment at least, purely an online thing. However, this is something I wish to generate interest for in the world of TV. You can view these video’s either via Myspace player at the top of the page, or the youtube hosted ones on my website. More on the way in the coming months...watch this space!!!
