Here's the deal: My name is Joseph Linello. My friends and girlfriends call me Joey. But, most importantly, I AM A SINGER. And since that makes me an artist, I go by Joseph because it's more serious sounding and because my music is serious.

I have major label interest, and I have a great look (I even have a stylist who is amazing). I need people who are SERIOUS to rock with me. AGAIN: I HAVE MAJOR LABEL INTEREST.

I used to take guitar lessons and can still play some chords on it if I needed to, but I AM A SINGER AND A PRESENCE. I am the frontman of this band, so I can't hide behind an instrument.
You must be REALLY serious. You must be willing to practice a lot. Again, I have major label interest, so it's really important that we're really good.

First of all, I want to say thanks for all the great letters I've been getting. It's nice to know that Fark recognized how cool my music is.
Secondly, you guys might want to send my buddy SCOTT STAPP a message. He's a little jealous of how famous I am getting. And so his feelings are hurt. I told him to pray to Jesus, but he just got mad at me and stormed off.
THIRDLY: I am going to be doing some interviews with radio and blogs. So look out, world.
FOURTHLY: I HAVE A NEW SONG IN THE WORKS ABOUT HOW AMAZING IT IS TO BE FAMOUS BUT ALSO HOW IT'S A STRUGGLE AND HOW JESUS HELPS ME.
it's gonna be much better than all my other songs. Except maybe "No One Understands Me," which is a huge hit (obviously).
I hate to inform everyone via Myspace, but Joey passed away on August 2nd. The pathology report listed massive corony as a direct result of narcotic abuse. Ever since he was a kid, Joey talked about going out like Elvis. He wanted to be on top of the world and cut it off with a massive OD. God bless you, Joey, and I'll never forget the time in the tree house.
