Bio:
" As an artist in-general, Semz is one of New yorks most well known and multi-faceted emerging artists. Being one of the original members of New Yorks infamous IRAK crew, SEMZ had made a name for himself conquering downtowns scene of art and graffiti long before he wrote his first song. Having come from Staten Island and trooping to the city of Manhatten night after night by ferry, buses and trains. Networking and making connections with some of the prime members of downtowns notorious artists and street legends. There was'nt a night that went by you could'nt find SEMZ out on the streets taking over various scenes of night life and different venues in the late 90's till now. He has been featured in numerous magazines and newspaper articles documenting his art and music, such as The New York Times, The New York Post, The Daily news, The Villager, Time magazine, Dazed and Confused mag, Shout mag, Made mag, The Journal mag, Mass Appeal mag, Fortune mag, Toro mag, New York mag, etc. Becoming known around the world as an original among his peers as well his generation. Also being featured in a number of books such as " Autograph " and " Broken windows. SEMZ had His first movie roll in an independent New York based graffiti film called " Bomb The System ". Which got four stars and can be found on cable channels such as HBO and Sundance. SEMZ turned to songwriting after jail time became an option around the winter of 2001. Semz started recording songs in an attic alone and fueled by copious amounts of drugs and alcohol. Documenting his life with over 100 songs till this day and recently recording his first 13 song album with label and brand " A New York Thing". SEMZ's songs are honest stories about his life and bruttle up's and downs. As phony as that sounds these days, SEMZ is the real thing. He does'nt just sing about it, he lived it... " A NEW YORK THING ".
Hey rockstar, when people say nothing is free, they are WRONG! I used to think like that too until I received my FREE Gucci Bag yesterday (thank you UPS guy!) Remember that site I showed you a few weeks ago where you take a 30 second survey and enter your email address and they'd send you a FREE Gucci Bag just for participating ... and you LAUGHED at me saying they would never send it? 8 Whos laughing now huh? =P Okay, I'll admit I didn't think I would get it either, but I figured what do I have to lose ... 30 seconds of my time? Big deal. Guess it was worth it afterall! Anyways, I just checked and the offer is still up, so if you want to get one, just click HERE. YOU ARE WELCOME! sanitation
