Originally from Saratoga Springs, NY, I moved here in 2000 to work for Vanderbilt Sports Medicine as an Athletic Trainer. After 2 years at Vandy, and being introduced to the songwriting aspect of music, I decided to learn how to play guitar, write songs and, of course, had to change careers....So went back to school to become a Massage Therapist. I’ve played violin since first grade, was fortunate to go on tour with the Empire State Youth Orchestra to Hungary and Austria, and played in front of the Hungarian Army. I have been lucky enough to have become friends with incredibly talented songwriters/musicians here in this town - and they’re good people as well, which has been such a blessing. I am a singer/songwriter and the harmony singer in the band, Shed.
Every week or two, we present a new Featured Artist. We also have a nice selection of some very cool people in the music business. We also have a category for clubs that host live performances, promoters, recording studios and much more. Please feel free to post your upcoming performances in the comment section.
