About me: I grew up in Pensacola and have played drums for over 30 years. At 13 I got my first "real" set (a late sixties vintage Ludwig kit). I pilfered my brother's record collection and learned to keep time by playing along to mostly rock n roll records. Throughout junior and senior high school I played in symphonic bands, marching bands and garage bands. I also wrote, recorded and played original music with MSNBC political analyst/talkshow host and former U.S. Representative Joe Scarborough. After moving to Tallahassee in 1984 to attend FSU, I became involved in the local music scene. I spent the next few years going to clubs and concerts to see bands as well as promoting mine and other band's shows. Over the years I've played and recorded with locals the World on Wheels, Grecian Formula 69, Cryptic Kitchen, Pat Puckett, Johnny Fire, Scott Campbell, the Mayhaws, The Secret Spaceship and many others. I also do the occaisonal freelance gig as a hired gun.
Who I'd like to meet: Don Knotts, Alfred Hitchcock, Peter Sellars, Buddy Rich and Frank Zappa, but they're all dead.
