I have a prayer request for you and all your praying friends and family. My dad & my brother both lost their jobs this past Friday. My step-mom don't work due to medical problems. All 3 of them live in the same house. My dad & brother are both going on unemployment, but my dad wants to start his own heating & air conditioning / electrical business. If he succeedes in getting this accomplished my brother will be working for him. Please pray for GOD's will in all areas. My Dad's name is Allen & my brother's name is Brian. They both live in North Carolina...about 14-16 hours from where I live.
Also please pray for my friend Janet in NC as well. She recently found out she had colon cancer. She is only in her early 40's. Anyways, she had surgery and the doctor says that he removed all the cancer, but is going to put her on 6 months of chemotherapy starting March 3rd. They said she will be very weak and tired and will loose all of her hair. They also said she will become anemic and loose her appetite. She seems to be in pretty high spirits and seems to have very few low times right now. I pray she stays positive and I know GOD will help her through it. She is like a sister to me.
Also please keep my family in prayer. Everyone has been sick here and Scott has gout which is a very painful type of arthritis where your body don't get rid of the uric acid like it should and it crystalizes in the joints. Scott's is in his foot, so when this happens he can't even walk. This flare up is getting better, but not all the way healed yet, so he is still in a lot of pain.
Thank you so much for praying for all of this and I will be praying for your families as well. Please pass this to everyone. I know GOD hears the prayers of HIS people! I have faith it will all work out for HIS glory!

Or so we thought, yet as I return, bring with them truly a plethora of creative thoughts, in so many ways unexperienced, unheard. As I returned to this place arriving within the early night, I noticed familiars along the drive, yet abounding newness, I haven't yet learned. As peacefulness was found, so I turned in for the night, as quietness settled through this house. Now with this days beginings, I've awakened into a new place, with much yet to gratefully learn, of the people in this place.
